Owner, Nicole Guinard is from Franklin, Massachusetts. She started her dance training at age seven with McKeon School of Dance & Gymnastics. While there she competed regularly becoming two-time national champions at North American Pageant Systems. She also received the award for Best Interpretation of Choreography at Nationals for her lyrical solo. She continued her dance education with the Patti Eisenhauer Dance Center and Festival Ballet Providence. She regularly adjudicates dance competitions as well as being on the judging panel at the Distinguished Young Woman (f/k/a Junior Miss) State Finals. In 2002, she founded En L’air School for Dance in Westport, Massachusetts.
Chelsea Berlo is from Fall River, MA. She attended Holy Name school and started dancing at age 3. She attended Durfee High School and while there she received her early childhood care certification. After graduation she worked for Family Service Association, ASDC. There, with other colleagues, she developed a theater and dance program for children. She directed and choreographed children's amateur plays such as Alice in Wonderland and The Wizard of Oz. In 2010, she graduated from Bristol Community College with a major in Science and Occupational Therapy. She uses these skills to work with special needs and autistic children as a caregiver.
Jenny-Lee Lopes began her dance training at age age five with En L'air. She trained and grew with the school becoming a member of the Senior Ensemble and garnering lead roles including the Red Queen in Alice in Wonderland. Jenny graduated from Bishop Stang High School and is currently attending Becker College in Leicester as a pre-vet major. She is an active member of Becker College Dance Club and recently produced their Spring Showcase benefiting Autism Speaks. She is also a member of DCW, Dance Company Worcester, under the tutelage of Boston Dance Company's, Matthew Parello.
Stephanie Bevilacqua was born in Boston and began her early training with The Dance Company under Don Bigger on the South Shore. She attended Dean College and received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance. Stephanie moved to Los Angeles in 2009 where she worked with Brockus Dance Company as well as the commercial route. She performed at the Legacy Awards honoring Adam Shankman at the Directors Guild of America and was a part Missy Elliot's artist Sharaya J and her BANJI Movement Release at Carnival, choreographed by Tricia Miranda. While working in the industry she was trained and mentored by Solid Gold dancer Helene Phillips who choreographed for Madonna and Michael Jackson. Additional west coast performance credits include: “Holla II”, a Lions Gate Film, directed by H.M. Coakley, “The Perfect Pitch” musical, Edge PAC scholarship show, and ABC Family's Bunheads choreographed by Marguerite Derricks. Stephanie is part of the Alto Nido Arts Collective in Hollywood, an active member of Answers4Dancers as well as a supportive member of Dancers Alliance
Anna Zembo is a native of Westport and has been dancing since the age of four. She joined En L'air in 2003 and garnered many lead roles in our performances training with us until her graduation from Westport High School. Anna attended and graduated from Emerson College. While at Emerson, she was a member of the school's dance team and was hired by Paradise Lost, a modern dance company based in Boston. She is currently attending Grad School at UNC, Chapel Hill.
Nikki Cabral is a native of Westport. She has been dancing since the age of 3 and spent 14 years training with En L'air. Nikki has won numerous awards for her dancing and is attending Dean College on full scholarship with a double major in Dance and Psychology.
